A good night's sleep, chocolate, the happiness and satisfaction of sharing on AgingCare forum. Does anyone have some favorite things to think about? Yes, this phrase is from the song in the movie "The sound of Music". My husband and I often resort to using movie lines and song to improve communication. We were the only two in a gathering of people who heard the background music playing. We both had the same (cassette tape/CD). A connection bringing two people together. To this day, we crack up when one uses a simple movie line to make a serious point.
SO, What is one of your favorite movie line, some of your favorite things?
I get no respect! I'm having sex with my wife and find out later she's using me to time a 3 minute egg!
My wife likes to talk during sex. The other night she calls me from a motel!
Gave up prilosec. No reflux sx. yet.
Ran out of fresh celery, at 1.99 each bunch, about 1-2 bunches a day juiced, or $2.50/day that is more expensive than coffee. Wishing all our struggles to be this easy.
Before chronic pain: riding my bike, hiking, snorkeling, swimming, going to the beach and watching the kids playing, reading marathons, traveling, driving in my convertible.
Best choices: moderation in all things!
Bet your bottom dollar there'll be sun.
Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow,
Your only a day away.
Thanks for the well wishes! 5 minutes, really? My husband is sooo very not into this, gambling you know? I can feel the judgment coming from his computer room. He is such a good christian.
What's with that, not even one number! Wonder who won. Was so hoping to have enough money to pay a few candidates to withdraw from the presidential race.
Glad that's over, I can see how the game could go on and on, then no time for other good things.
Wait, this is NOT the whine thread? I just cannot get anything right this entire YEAR!!! Grrrrrrr!
Have a good night!
Goodnight Gershun!

I get my ticket every eight weeks. And then I check that I haven't won before I throw it away. With a small tsk of disgust.
I think the fatal error, which any self-respecting lottery organiser encourages as a matter of course, is to have "your numbers." It's the fear of their coming up that keeps me going, rather than the hope that they might.
I'm sure the razzmatazz is mere coincidence, Veronica...
