In-Home Care Overview: Home Matters Caregiving of North Scottsdale

At Home Matters, we provide home care with greater expertise and support for seniors. We develop a personalized plan of care based on your family's unique needs. This allows us to ensure your loved one gets the care needed to keep them safe and happy at home.

The Home Matters Method is a philosophy of care and training based on over a decade of research on factors that create an environment for successful aging. Our unique methodology incorporates optimal physical care with purposeful strategies that allow seniors to thrive both physically and emotionally.

At the heart of great care is compassion and a desire to serve. But alongside these important values, there’s a factor critical to achieving excellence in care... Professional Training. At Home Matters, a commitment to better training, month in and month out means better care for you or your loved one.

At the heart of our care system is Nurse-Guided Care where an experienced nurse oversees the quality of care provided to every client. Over the years, we've found there's no substitute for the hands-on experience of a dedicated senior care nurse to ensure every client is well cared for. Nurse-Guided Care is one of the primary reasons so many medical professionals refer their patients regularly to Home Matters.

A growing body of research points to the importance of purpose as we age. Waking up each morning with a strong sense of purpose creates optimism, motivation and ultimately helps us thrive. This is especially important among our senior population where many report a loss of this sense of purpose.

At Home Matters, our unique methodology incorporates strategies to rekindle a healthy sense of purpose. From exploring new interests or hobbies to finding simple ways to serve others, our caregivers are there to help foster a vital sense of purpose for your loved one.

Reviews for Home Matters Caregiving of North Scottsdale

Rating: 5.0

November 2022
My mother-in-law was released from the hospital back to her facility being Covid positive with symptoms with the requirement that she pay for one-on-one caregiving too. My husband and I were also sick and quarantined so unable to do anything to help rather than pay for this extra service she could not afford. The agency was able to work it out with the facility in our place to make it work for the best of my mother in law's financial situation and still get the one-on-one requirements agreed upon. To summarize my husband and I were not only very ill we but unable to help but also very unhappy the way it was supposed to happen, and this agency took the level of compassion to a level I don't think any other companies would. It was made a best-case scenario in some very hard times.
