Find Care & Housing
Nydianeris,
Here is an article from this forum:

https://www.agingcare.com/articles/how-to-get-paid-for-being-a-caregiver-135476.htm

If your parents don't pay you, I don't believe a resource exists that will provide assistance for more than minimum wage and not full time.

Your profile says you are getting frustrated and wish to "save your time", so maybe getting paid isn't really what your goal is? Maybe you need outside help so that you don't get burned out caring for 2 people all by yourself? One of the forum topics is Burnout...please read some of those posts and the answers by those who have been there, done that. I hope you get all the help you need!

Your mom can pay you.
If she has no funds to do so there are organizations that may help.
Try Age Smart they cover St.Clair County (this is the Area Agency on Aging for your county)
802 West State Street O'Fallon Illinois
618-222-2561 or 800-326-3221
A great resource for you since you are in Illinois would be Elderwerks. This is a not for profit organization that provides many services. (many free)
www.elderwerks.org
phone number is 855-462-0100
They do have a 2020 Senior Resource Directory that you can see on line. It is a great resource book.
You can also contact your local Senior Center and they may have other numbers for you.
