You get paid for the hours you worked while the agency had this person as a client. How did you clock in and out? Thru an app, texting your employer, emailing? Or a form thatbthe client signs at the endbof the week and you then sendvit on to the agency. Is the client not signing something need for you to get paid. Your agency is responsible to pay you. Is the client holding up payment to the angency?

I am truly sorry but I cannot understand your question.
I understand that you are working for a home health agency.
I get that you are required to and have been clocking in and out.
But I don't get the rest.
I THINK you are saying that your client has switched agencies.

I think you are wondering how you get paid for the work you have done?
This is a question for your agency to help with I think.

I may, however, not even fully get the question. Sorry.
