Stiff joints

Find Care & Housing
I use certified organic cold pressed hexane free castor oil (in dark colored glass) Every morning after my shower I put about a dime size on my shoulder and massage it in and also 1/2 that amount massaged into my two knuckles where I have a some arthritic joint pain. It takes a while to feel the full benefit - maybe a month for me, but I'm pretty much pain free now. Couldn't raise my arm or bend my fingers at one point. What a relief. No more Advil! Just do not over use castor oil. Read up on it - find You Tube info on it. It's been very helpful for me. Good Luck to you!

Mamacrow,
Thank you. Did not know that about castor oil, my husband suffers from horrible pain in arm and neck. Nothing helped even several injections,
went on Amazon and found as you suggested and ordered organic hexane free.

Some swear by cbd oil (not me) and some by oils with a bit of arnica (not me) so I would say put your body in trust of the masseuse recommendation.
Hope others have the nirvana oil answer for you; but for me nothing works but the mechanical manipulation and warmth of the treatment itself, so baby oil as good as anything else.

I will also add, some people suggest blue emu oil, it's at most drug stores.

I will say it did nothing for my knee ache, but I did have the softest knee in town.

CBD oil has I think helped, but honestly I think it was just the messaging that helped , more the the oil

Copaiba oil for pain is our go too. It is pretty amazing stuff and all natural.

If you like the heat from a topical treatment you can put in a drop or two of cinnamon and clove oil to produce warmth.
