I hope the link works for you - it wouldn't let me onto the site, but I think that's probably because I'm not in the USA.
If you see that doctor again, do not give into the temptation to kick him hard on the shin and tell him it's fine because he can simply will the pain away.
I'm sorry you have all these challenges, I hope you find some real help with them.
It also sounds like it's time you got yourself a new PCP doctor.
If you need in home care, hire someone!
If you are diabetic you need an Endocrinologist, a specialist.
As suggested on one of ur other posts, you need to call Adult Protection Services (APS) and tell them ur a vulnerable adult who needs help with Activities of daily living (ADLs). They will come and evaluate your situation and find you the resources you need.
APS is a County Agency so should be able to find the under your County Government in the phone book or on the internet. If available in your area dial 211. County Social Services should be able to help you to.
All we can do is point u in the right direction.
Take care.
