She is type 2 diabetic, often needs help with keeping under control. Her mobility is not good. She has chronic pain. COPD. Bi-polar. Major depression .PSTD, and ADD.

I sure hope that your grandma is being treated for all her health issues.
If grandma is on Medicaid, she can see if they will pay you some(though it won't be much)if grandma qualifies for that kind of help from Medicaid. Otherwise grandma will have to pay you with her own money.
