@ Freqflyer I'm her youngest child and for some reason she put me on her account with her. I started to wonder why she was always overdrawn and utilities being cut off I started looking into it. Found that there's a debit card issued to her account when I asked she told me my brother had it. Looking at the statement. Its evident that all transactions are mad by that card. Bank has told me I could file charges against him. I don't want to hurt my mom. To make matters worse he is very evil. He could hurt my mom when I'm not there. He has abuse every single women he has had, a lot. & I know of one time when he hit my mom. She was so scared she came to hide in my home.

@ pamstegma, what will this do to my family if I call 911 on him? Its only going to make him angry and come after me or even hurt my mom. If charges are made, he'll get out he always does. He's done so much that he should be locked up for and always cheats the system.

I would in this order.
Bring her to my house or better a hotel or friend'searly in the AM, the go to bank, since you are in accounts withdraw funds, close account. Go to second bank deposit all funds, in her and your name only. Report to the department of aging and police, get an order of protection. Call to change her direct deposits to new bank. Hopefully the police will pick him up, if there is evidence, which you seem to have. You can cower or you can fight.
