Is his condition so bad that he is not competent to give you durable and medical POA directly himself?

I read that he is retired military. Their should be vet benefits to help him in this condition. Contact the Vet. Admin. about this. There are some articles here on that subject also.

Yes his condition is bad. We only have medical POA that his wife gave to my family. She has abandoning him. He longer live with her since feb of this year. Sometime he knows what he doing but most time he in his own world.
