Sounds by your profile that you're suffering from depression and I hope that you're being treated for that.
Then I hope that you're involved in an in person support group(or on Zoom, but I prefer in person)with other folks dealing with similar things as you. And if not, please seek out one in your community as they can be life savers.
And then of course if your husbands care is truly getting to be too much for you, then it's time to be looking into placing him in the appropriate facility.
Per your profile you say that your husband also has dementia, which is more than likely Lewy Body dementia as that is typically associated with Parkinson's, and the only up side to that is that it is the second most aggressive of all the dementias with a life expectancy of just 5-7 years. But even with that being said, you matter too in this equation, and must do not only what is best for your husband but also what is best for you.
I wish you the very best in deciding what exactly that looks like.

I feel for you. Mom lived with us. She had Parkinson’s disease. It’s challenging.

What issues are you dealing with? Do you think his meds need adjusting?

My 6'5" stepFIL had Parkinsons and Lewy Body dementia. It's very challenging. You might want to consider hiring a companion aid for him so you can get out and live like you wish. Hiring someone to come in is a precursor to transitioning him into a facility. Then he can adjust to having anothe person helping with his care. In the end, you need to do what it takes for you to maintain your mental and physical health, regardless of whether he agrees with it or not.
